While most students enter the Academy with below grade level skills, students demonstrate substantial growth in their performance on national standardized tests during their tenure at the school, often progressing one and a half to two academic years in a single calendar year.
As a result, over 85% of Academy graduates go on to Catholic, private, and magnet college-preparatory high schools including:

In the fall of 2004, 78% of our senior class entered college. Our high school graduates now attend colleges including: Loyola College of Maryland, Coppin State, Clark Atlanta University, LaSalle University, Frostburg University, St. John’s University, Morgan State, University of Maryland at Baltimore County, University of Portland and University of West Virginia, among others.
